Delivery
Delivery Schedule We deliver meals twice a week, on Sundays and Wednesdays. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, or provide clear instructions for leaving the package at your doorstep.
Delivery Areas We currently deliver to Ontario and the Greater Montreal Area. If you’re outside these areas, please contact us to inquire about future delivery expansions.
Delivery Issues If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as missing or damaged items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Subscription Services
Subscription Terms If you choose a subscription plan, you agree to recurring payments charged to your credit card on a weekly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the order deadline (Thursday midnight).
Subscription Changes You can modify your meal preferences or delivery schedule by logging into your account and updating your settings. Changes must be made before the order deadline to take effect for the upcoming delivery.
Failed Payments If a payment fails, we will notify you via email. If the issue is not resolved within 12 hours, your subscription may be paused or terminated.
